Pioneer Infant School was started in 2012 with seven semi permanent classes (nursery to P.5), with a total population of children of a bout eighty (80) Pupils of whom twenty two (22) were orphans, and a teaching staff of seven teachers were by three of them were female and four of them were male. It had a management committee of five members where one was woman and four were men and the board of directors of three people ie one woman and two men. The school has land worthy four acres on Pallisa Mbale Road at 12km from Pallisa. .

Pioneer Infants school has made an awesome score as it managed to make all its 2024 canditates pass the P.L.E exams where by (3) passed in Division One, (39) Division Two, (1) Division Three and none Failed.

End of term I examination are set to start on 8th/04/2025 end end on 11th/04/2025 and the term is expected to end on the 25th/04/2025. Student are expected to collect their Report cards on this day.
